Presentation Information

Each room will have a desktop computer with internet access and a projector. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your presentation. Also, please bring your presentation on a thumb drive. One flip chart and a set of markers will be available in each room. Presenters are responsible for additional flip charts, materials and any handouts. There will be a facilitator in each room to introduce you and to assist with time keeping; AV assistance will be available on site.
 
All presenters must complete the following forms.

• Submit the following documents by Feb. 23:
  • CME disclosure form of relevant financial relationships
  • Presentation objectives
  • A copy of your CV or bio
• Submit the following documents by March 30:
  • A copy of your handout materials
  • A copy of your presentation
